Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will determine targeting, budgets, and roadmap, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensure credible measurement, and guide 90-day plans with clear storytelling on results. Remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Implement reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

As Performance Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
