Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, and narrative during client discussions, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure accurate conversion tracking. This role is remote (Canada, South Africa or USA) with a focus on delivering growth and long-term client

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Prepare the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate the numbers on calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
