Blacksmith Agency LLC is a US-based AI-first digital agency hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, manage the roadmap and narrate the numbers on client calls.

You will oversee Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets and bids, and lead testing and attribution. Strong English communication on live calls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers through data-driven optimization.
• Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to stop a campaign.
• Implement and trust conversion tracking: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and building long-term relationships.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
