Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own targeting, budgeting, roadmap development, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions are being made.

You will be the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
