Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, manage budgets and run multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You’ll craft the narrative on client calls and drive long-term growth.

You will own campaign roadmap, measurement, and optimization, collaborating with clients and internal teams to hit ROAS and pipeline targets on a quarterly cadence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Lead budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Implement reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present narratives.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Performance Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
