Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, test creatives, track conversions, and deliver 90-day roadmaps with clear measurement. This is a remote role with agency pace and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built and optimized by you.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US-based clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned clients.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, testing, and campaign optimizations.
• Set up and trust attribution via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

As Performance Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
