Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set budgets, craft the narrative, and guide ROI decisions on campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

You will own conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels, build 90-day roadmaps, and drive account growth through retention and upsell while communicating clearly with US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience with multiple clients.
• Fluent English with US client calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, targeting, and testing.
• Ensure conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
