Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B clients and growing brands. You will shape strategy, allocate budgets, and drive results across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

You will lead roadmap planning, testing, and attribution, presenting the story behind the numbers during client calls. Remote role with a focus on US clients and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client pipelines.
• Experience handling multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English for US-based clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and optimization.
• Set up and rely on GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels for attribution.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As Performance Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
