About the job Performance Marketing Manager

HRSI is looking for Performance Marketing Manager for one of its leading clients.

Location: Any Cities

Job Role: Remote, with occasional visits to the office

Experience Required: 3 to 4 years minimum

Job Description
  • Analyze regional performance marketing channels such as email, paid search, and social media, and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Perform analysis and provide insights into paid channels to identify the most effective marketing channels.
  • Support testing and optimization of campaigns and initiatives through data-driven hypotheses, tracking, measurement, and analysis.
  • Test, measure, and optimize different approaches to improve customer acquisition through paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers in 19 countries to gather market insights and suggest improvements for paid campaign performance.
  • Work with regional marketing teams to define targeting criteria and support campaign execution based on those criteria.
Requirements
  • Experience managing Meta and Google search campaigns across multiple countries, preferably in Asia Pacific.
  • Experience in developing effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Strong expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to enhance campaign ROI.
  • A proven track record of improving ROI and conversion rates for Meta and Google Search campaigns, including Performance Max.
