Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS and Web3 to lead our lead generation and revenue growth efforts. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven digital strategies, optimizing paid campaigns, and ensuring maximum ROI across various platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for analytics, conversion optimization, and media buying, we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to lead funnel conversion rate optimization tactics
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Web3-specific platforms.
  • Execute media buying strategies, including programmatic and direct placements, to reach Web3 and SaaS audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously refine ad performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and marketing efficiency.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring optimum utilization of marketing budget.
  • Generate and present performance reports and insights to the marketing leadership team.
  • Work with the content marketing team to align paid strategies with SEO efforts for greater visibility.
  • Liaise with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns with targeted performance marketing strategies.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and Web3.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Web3 media buying.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, budget management, and CRO.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience with Web3 marketing platforms, blockchain advertising, or crypto-native audiences.
  • Understanding of decentralized advertising models, token incentives, and NFT marketing.
  • Experience in multi-channel attribution and customer journey analytics.
