Performance Marketing Manager (Remote US)

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We focus on Customer Generation, a methodology emphasizing SQLs and Customers over traditional metrics like MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video, creating digital strategies that consistently meet client SQL targets.

This role reports to the Associate Director and is a vital part of the Paid Media team. The Paid Media Strategist collaborates directly with enterprise clients, communicating results, developing strategies, and executing Paid Media campaigns. It offers experience in crafting high-performing Paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead multiple Paid Media accounts
  • Support client contacts directly
  • Coordinate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment and quality
  • Drive referrals through client relationships and networking
  • Develop quarterly client strategies
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets across channels
  • Understand client positioning and value propositions
  • Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM
  • Comprehend Programmatic campaigns' value
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet goals
  • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
  • 3+ years experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients
  • Expertise in paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn)
