Skrapp.io is a SaaS company helping professionals worldwide grow their businesses and broaden their reach. We provide leads search and email search and verification tools that allow marketers and sales professionals to perform accurate cold outreach campaigns and collect key business information.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to set up and execute marketing and growth strategies:

The scope of the Performance Marketing Manager includes:

• Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage influencer marketing programs to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Video Advertising: Oversee video advertising campaigns (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on ROI and storytelling.
• Paid SMM: Run and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other relevant platforms.
• Search Ads: Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) to drive acquisition and conversions.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to build high-performing ad creatives.

Track, analyze, and report on performance, using data to continuously optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in influencer outreach, video ads, social ads, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
• Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results
• Creative thinker with a passion for testing new channels and strategies

Benefits:

• Contract: We offer contractor/freelancer contracts with yearly paid days off (25 days per year) and up to 5 national days off based on your country of residence. You will be responsible for your local health insurance and retirement plan if required.
• Work Environment: We are a team of young professionals working remotely from Spain, France, India, Egypt, and the UAE. The position is fully remote with flexible hours. We also plan up to 2 retreats per year to exotic destinations for team bonding and activities.
