Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and results-orientedDTC Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media programs across digital channels that include paid social, paid search, affiliates and programmatic channels. This role will be critical in scaling customer acquisition for Medterra’s DTC CBD business, managing a performance budget, and driving efficient CAC while increasing new customer revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across social, search, affiliate, and programmatic channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, managing bids, budgets, and pacing to ensure channel efficiency and target KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI, reduce CAC, and enhance overall performance.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports including CAC, ROAS, spend efficiency, and LTV by channel
- Develop audience strategies and run A/B tests to improve conversion rate, ROAS, and LTV
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including creative, analytics, influencer and retention teams, to align messaging and funnel strategies.
- Optimize landing pages and funnel performance in collaboration with web and creative teams
- Partner with affiliate networks and display platforms to identify new opportunities and negotiate effective placements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date task management and reporting through platforms like Monday.com.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitive activity to inform campaign adjustments.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Proficiency with paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google Ads), affiliate, and display platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data to optimize campaign performance.
- Comfort with marketing attribution, GA4, and third-party tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam)
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and iterating on ad performance
- Experience working with regulated products or highly scrutinized ad categories.
- Familiarity with DTC ecommerce KPIs and platforms.
Preferred
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale, Impact).
- Knowledge of feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, Channable) and experience integrating with ecommerce platforms like Shopify.
