Performance Marketing Manager (Remote US)

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and Tech companies. We focus on Customer Generation, a methodology centered on SQLs and Customers rather than traditional metrics like MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video, helping clients achieve their SQL targets through comprehensive digital strategies.

This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key member of the Paid Media team. The Paid Media Strategist collaborates directly with enterprise clients, communicates results, develops tailored strategies, and manages Paid Media deliverables. This position offers experience in creating high-performing Paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple Paid Media accounts
  • Support and communicate directly with client contacts
  • Coordinate weekly with vendors and operational partners to align on tasks and quality
  • Drive referrals through client relationships and professional networks
  • Develop quarterly strategies for clients
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets across channels
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Work with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals
  • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
  • Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients
  • Expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong PPC knowledge including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Strategic thinking to drive value for SaaS
  • Data storytelling skills
  • Problem-solving mindset, competitive and curious
  • Continuous industry learning
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Committed to quality and integrity in advertising
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client as needed
