Job summary

Standard Bots seeks a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid search, paid social, CRO, and marketing tech. You will optimize campaigns across search and social, manage CPA and SQL targets, and build a scalable marketing machine.

A track record in B2B tech or industrial markets with long sales cycles is essential. You’ll own end-to-end performance marketing, including the data infrastructure that feeds platform learning.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on performance marketing, with 2–3 years in B2B tech/industrial markets.
• Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and CRO.
• Fluency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of marketing tech architecture and data flow.
• Analytical mindset focused on unit economics and funnel math.
• Excellent ad copywriting for search ads, social, and landing pages.
• Bias toward speed and rapid testing in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search: structure keywords, write ad copy, optimize bids and quality scores.
• Own paid social: create campaigns across Meta/LinkedIn, develop audience strategies, manage creative pipeline.
• Own conversion rate optimization: test hypotheses, launch variants, iterate for better flows.
• Own marketing tech integration: tracking, data flow between platforms, CRM, and analytics.
• Own SQL generation targets and cost-per-SQL, monitor funnel performance.
