Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Direct experience running campaigns across SEM, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics or comparable analytics tools to inform optimization decisions.
• Industry experience in either agency or in-house marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels to drive acquisition results.
• Monitor performance in real time and implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with external media agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand and performance goals.
• Coordinate with creative and analytics teams to ensure assets and tracking support optimization.
