Inworld, Inc. in the SF Bay Area is seeking an AI-native Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across search, social, ABM, and display for a self-serve product that feeds a sales motion. You will build campaigns, write copy, ship the landing page, and report data yourself.

You will collaborate with the VP of Marketing, GTM engineering, and sales; the role requires 3–5 years in performance marketing, developer-audience experience, and comfort with DV360. On-site a few days a week.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years hands-on in performance marketing for developer audiences.
• Experience marketing a self-serve product that feeds a sales motion.
• Prior hands-on with DV360 is a plus; power user of Claude Code or equivalent.
• Experience building ABM and multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.

Aufgaben

• Own paid search and paid social campaigns as the core acquisition engine.
• Build and optimize the self-serve funnel from click to signup and activation.
• Partner with sales to qualify signups and tune acquisition toward high-potential accounts.
• Create ABM and retargeting programs across LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
• Develop campaigns, write copy, and manage freelancers or partners as needed.
• Measure account engagement and pipeline influence with multi-touch attribution.
• Build brand awareness through display and upper-funnel media.
