Job summary

Inworld, based in the SF Bay Area, seeks an AI-native Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across self-serve funnel, ABM, and brand campaigns. You will build campaigns, write copy, ship landing pages, and report data personally, collaborating with the VP of Marketing and GTM engineering.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on in performance marketing, with depth in paid search and paid social
• Experience marketing to a developer audience
• Experience marketing a self-serve product that feeds a sales motion
• Power user of Claude Code or equivalent, thinking in terms of agents and systems
• Three paths we’d be glad to see: Agency, CPG/consumer brand, B2B SaaS

Responsibilities

• Fill and optimize the self-serve funnel as a feeder for sales.
• Run ABM and retargeting programs across social.
• Build brand awareness through display and upper-funnel media.
