Lightfield is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to build the AI-native growth engine for an AI-native CRM platform. You will own paid acquisition across major channels, optimize the self-serve funnel from ad to activation, and manage lifecycle marketing from onboarding to expansion.

You will lead experimentation, creative production, and data analytics, using AI tools to scale growth in a fast-paced early-stage environment. This role reports to the Head of GTM.

Qualificações

• You’ll use AI tools to analyze performance, generate creative, and test landing pages.
• You’ll own paid acquisition across multiple platforms and formats.
• You’ll measure brand impact as part of growth marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Build an AI-native performance marketing engine and growth machine.
• Run paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, and newsletters.
• Own the self-serve funnel from sign-up to activation and retention.
• Design and optimize onboarding sequences, trial nudges, and churn-reengagement.
• Set up attribution tracking and surface insights to guide investment decisions.
