Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a seasoned Performance Management Manager in Colorado to lead design and ongoing improvement of the performance management experience, including standards, coaching, evaluations and feedback.

You will manage a transformation project with a new software platform, spearhead multiple high-priority initiatives, and develop executive-level communications and materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Performance Management Manager or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field
• Experience in Public Accounting or Professional Services Firm
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations and materials

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance and improvement of the performance management experience
• Manage internal performance management transformation and new software platform implementation
• Spearhead multiple high-priority projects with timely delivery
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
• Create executive-level presentations and strategic deliverables for leadership
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive adoption
