Job summary

NiCE seeks a Director of Engineering – Performance Management to lead the PM engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our PM product. You will ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions for our customers.

You will manage a global, distributed team, drive resource planning, and champion AI/Agentic technologies while aligning with company goals and standards. This is a hybrid role with flexible office/remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in software engineering focusing on SaaS, ML/DL/LLM.
• 6+ years of management in large-scale environments.
• Proven expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agentic driven development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM engineering organization and align with company goals.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of PM microservices.
• Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, and product quality.
• Ensure capacity planning and operational support for the PM.
• Set development standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Incorporate customer and business requirements into engineering efforts.
• Stay current with AI and Agentic technologies (LLM, SLM, AI SDLC).
• Lead a global distributed team across multiple sites.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
