Job summary

Socure is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Performance to own the design, execution, and continual improvement of our performance operating system. You’ll drive goal-setting, check-ins, feedback, recognition, and reviews while partnering on talent planning and analytics to scale a high-adoption, high-trust culture.

The role combines strong program management with people analytics fluency and the use of AI-enabled tools to support managers and executives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or performance management, preferably in tech.
• Experience owning end-to-end performance or talent programs from design to iteration.
• Working knowledge of talent planning concepts (calibration, 9-box, succession) related to performance data.
• Proficiency in people analytics and building dashboards/reports for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the performance operating system from cycle design to post-cycle retrospective.
• Administer and optimize Socure’s performance platforms (e.g., 15Five, Workday).
• Design and run recognition programs and measure engagement/retention impact.
• Build and facilitate calibration for performance ratings with managers and People Partners.
• Partner with Total Rewards to align performance and compensation decisions.
• Leverage analytics to synthesize data, surface trends, and inform decisions.
• Create playbooks, templates, and communications to support the performance cycle.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Tech, Total Rewards, and business leaders for adoption and escalation.
• Stay current on market practices in performance management and talent planning.
