Socure in the United States is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Performance to own the end-to-end performance operating system.

You will design, run, and continuously improve processes for goal-setting, feedback, and reviews, while partnering with talent planning work that draws on data for calibration and action planning. The ideal candidate blends program management with people analytics, using AI-enabled tools to scale a high-adoption, high-trust performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in program management, performance management, HR/People programs, or a similar role.
• Proven experience owning an end-to-end performance or talent program (design, plan, launch, execution, iteration).
• Working knowledge of talent planning concepts and how they connect to performance data.
• Demonstrated proficiency in people analytics and data storytelling with dashboards or reporting views.
• Strong program and project management skills with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience configuring or optimizing performance/feedback platforms (e.g., 15Five, Lattice, Workday) is a plus.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the performance operating system—from design to post-cycle retrospective.
• Administer and optimize performance platforms, including adoption tracking and enablement.
• Design and run recognition programs and measure their impact on engagement.
• Build calibration processes for ratings and support manager enablement.
• Partner with Total Rewards to connect performance outcomes to pay-for-performance decisions.
• Leverage analytics to synthesize data, generate reports, and surface trends.
• Create playbooks and templates; automate recurring workflows with AI where possible.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure adoption and localization.
