You will shape evaluation philosophy, define rating frameworks, and partner with Compensation to connect outcomes to rewards while leveraging AI to improve consistency and reduce bias.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in performance management, talent management, HR strategy, or a related field with enterprise program ownership
• Deep expertise in performance evaluation and calibration frameworks
• Proven experience translating philosophy and strategy into practical frameworks, tools, and leader guidance
• Strong consulting mindset advising senior HR and business leaders on complex talent decisions
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work across HR, Compensation, HRBPs, Product, and technology teams
• Experience designing and scaling global processes with regional considerations
• Strong analytical judgment using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining close to execution and risk management
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tech to improve processes while preserving human judgment

• Define and maintain the philosophical underpinnings of evaluation aligned with the design principles and strategy.
