Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone, driving CSI improvements and cost reductions. You will manage provider performance, coordinate proactive network analyses, and foster strong partnerships with clients and OEMs.

Onboarding may require travel to Medford initially; Agero covers travel arrangements. The role supports a large driver-assistance network, with benefits and a focus on data-driven performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.
• Service Oriented/Internal Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages the overall service delivery strategy for all services for an assigned network zone.
• Implements master strategy for assigned zone roles and creates action plans to improve CSI and reduce claims expense.
• Coaches service providers on overall performance within the assigned zone.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurance agents, and service providers.
• Coordinates and completes targeted proactive analyses for managing network performance.
