Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Performance Reporting & Insights to own reporting across G&A. You’ll build dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that illuminate department performance, trends, engagement, and risks.

Translate data into clear narratives for leadership discussions and accountability. You’ll also drive trend analysis, deliver leadership-ready materials for reviews, and support engagement reporting while collaborating across stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business operations, performance management, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to translate data into trends and insights.
• Ability to translate complex operational data into concise business language for leadership audiences.
• Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and recurring executive reporting.
• Attention to detail and data quality discipline.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data to support leadership discussions.
• Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own performance reporting and data integrity across weekly, monthly, and quarterly outputs.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring views used in leadership forums.
• Analyze trends, variances, risks, and emerging issues across metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support leadership decisions.
• Develop executive-ready storytelling; prepare narratives for reviews and town halls.
• Support engagement and recognition reporting; surface leadership actions.
