Substack is seeking a Growth Leader for Paid Acquisition in San Francisco. You will develop and execute strategies across various channels, enhancing user acquisition efforts aimed at app-first users.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and experience with relevant tools. Substack offers a competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $210,000 and exceptional benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing or paid user acquisition.
• Deep channel expertise across Meta and at least one other major channel.
• Hands-on experience with an MMP including attribution setup.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience building lookalike audience pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end across various channels.
• Design and run experiments to find efficient CAC.
• Build and manage MMP infrastructure.
• Partner with creators for ad campaigns.
• Own budget pacing and communicate performance to leadership.
