Job summary

Bratte is seeking the first marketing hire to build and own the acquisition function for a groundbreaking AI companion app. You will define the initial channel mix, budgets, and test structures, with direct access to founders who value fast decisions and impact.

You will grow the team and set up scalable pipelines for creative production and measurement, targeting US, Japan, and Korea. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in paid UA for mobile consumer products, strong Asia experience, and a track

Qualifications

• 4+ years in paid UA on mobile consumer products, gaming or entertainment a strong plus.
• Experience buying in Japan or across Asia is highly valued.
• Experience running meaningful budgets and scaling campaigns.
• Hands-on with mobile ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff).
• Proven ability with Meta and TikTok for creative-driven buying and ownership.
• Familiarity with Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads; LINE Ads, Yahoo! Japan a plus.
• Ability to read cohorts before spend and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Strong sense of global consumer trends affecting US, Japan, Korea markets.
• Working English; additional languages (Russian/Ukrainian/Belarusian) help internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition function from zero and build the initial channel mix.
• Define channel selection, media plan, test structure, budget logic.
• Set up MMP, attribution, cohorts, CAC / ROAS / LTV and report findings.
• Provide creative direction and later help hire a producer and set up the production pipeline.
• Manage store and platform moderation for an AI companion product.
