Lovevery, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of Performance Marketing to lead paid acquisition across North America, Europe, and APAC.

You’ll own a multi-million dollar ad investment and drive growth through analytics, audience insight, and creative testing. You’ll manage a team, set channel strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms, collaborating with creative and product teams to optimize performance in a fast-growing DTC environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of performance marketing experience with multi-channel budgets.
• Experience leading marketing across international markets with regional variance.
• Deep expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok and related platforms with hands-on optimization.
• Strong analytical fluency and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing across North America, Europe, and APAC with budget pacing.
• Lead day-to-day media operations and optimize campaigns to hit CAC/payback goals.
• Collaborate with creative to develop and iterate on ad content using data.
• Build analytics structures from campaign metrics to marketing mix and incrementality.
• Set testing roadmap for performance marketing and lead a high-performing team.
• Serve as internal expert on paid channel dynamics and industry trends.
• Partner with influencer, brand, product, and finance teams to align strategy.
• Explore new paid opportunities and guide hands-on management when needed.
