Job summary

  • Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis.
  • Support compliance monitoring by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols.
  • Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency.

Overview

Job Title: Performance and Tracking Program Specialist
Classification: Non-Exempt
Scope of Position: The Performance and Tracking Program Specialist receives guidance from the Performance Manager and Area Managers and supports special projects under Performance and Tracking. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data across service lines, maintains compliance, generates performance insights, and supports data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations
