Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Testing Center Proctor for the Upper School in Albany, NY. The role involves supervising students during assessments, ensuring approved accommodations are implemented, and maintaining a confidential testing environment.

Reporting to the Learning Support Coordinator, you will follow established procedures, track testing time, and securely handle materials to support a smooth testing process.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during assessments in the Testing Center.
• Follow established procedures for administering assessments and accommodations.
• Track testing time, breaks, and extended time as needed.
• Distribute, collect, and securely handle assessment materials.
• Communicate questions or concerns to the Learning Support Coordinator or administrator.
• Keep Testing Center organized and ready for use.
