Paycom - ATS is seeking a Testing Center Proctor for the Upper School in Albany, NY. The role involves supervising students during assessments, ensuring approved accommodations are implemented, and maintaining a confidential testing environment.

Reporting to the Learning Support Coordinator, you will follow established procedures, track testing time, and securely handle materials to support a smooth testing process.

Compensation: $155.00/Day

Position Summary

The Testing Center Proctor supervises Upper School students completing assessments in the Testing Center and follows established procedures to ensure students receive their approved testing accommodations. The proctor works under the direction of the Learning Support Coordinator to maintain an organized, appropriate testing environment and uphold the confidentiality and integrity of assessments.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise students during assessments in the Testing Center.
• Follow faculty instructions and established procedures for administering assessments and implementing approved testing accommodations.
• Track student testing time, breaks, and extended time as needed.
• Distribute, collect, and securely handle assessment materials.
• Communicate questions or concerns to the Learning Support Coordinator or designated administrator.
• Maintain student confidentiality and follow school policies and Testing Center procedures.
• Keep the Testing Center organized and ready for use.
