Job summary

Lindsay Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation seeks a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents, communicate with families and the health team, and maintain detailed documentation. You will participate in training staff and provide in-services as needed.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising CFY or students, and collaborating on discharge planning. Strong licensure and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Master’s/ Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in state; maintain licensure with CE requirements.
• Strong communication with families, physicians, and health team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY or students in resident care.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff and families.
