Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing or Multistate RN with NJ endorsement.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred; prior patient care and EMR experience noted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes, intervening early.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on nursing care grounded in evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to support timely, coordinated care decisions.
• Educate patients and families clearly, and document accurately in the EMR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to smooth transitions of care.
