Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred; prior patient care experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer safe medications and provide hands-on care.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient plans.
