Aurora Health Care’s Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is seeking a Per diem Patient Service Representative to support cardiovascular and thoracic clinics within the Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Office Buildings in Milwaukee, WI.

You will be the first point of contact, handling patient inquiries, scheduling, and billing processes to ensure a seamless patient journey. You will work during business hours, with no weekends or holidays in this role, and contribute to accurate medical records while assisting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient services and scheduling information for appointments or inquiries.
• Enter billing information at time of service and ensure follow-up on missing data.
• Maintain accurate medical records and support clinicians in daily operations.
