You will handle scheduling, document entry, and triage language needs, while maintaining confidentiality and providing professional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills required.
• Attention to detail and typing accuracy required.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to sit for extended periods during data entry and information intake.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and collect copay/deductible/coinsurance; explain consent forms.
• Assist with iPad check-in, troubleshoot, and provide feedback.
• Recognize when language services are needed.
• Distribute films/CDs per HIPAA policy and patient privacy.
• Coordinate with technologists/radiologists for patient flow.
• Process mail and organize next-day appointment setups.
• Enter patient information into systems and maintain confidentiality.
• Support patient care with waitlist/hold list for machine utilization.
• Address patient and doctor concerns accurately and professionally.
