Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months in customer service or clerical work or equivalent education.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient and therapist schedules and registrations.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and coordinate referrals and authorizations.
• Assist with billing-related tasks and insure smooth department operations.
• Provide excellent patient-facing service to support positive experiences.
