Job summary

ComplexCare Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for per diem coverage across Lancaster County, Nebraska. You will conduct in-home assessments and comprehensive reviews, document findings, and coordinate with physicians to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role requires an active NP license, ANCC or AANP certification, and current CPR. Experience with CMS/HEDIS guidelines is preferred. A 401(k) plan with automatic 3% enrollment is provided, with the option to opt out.

Qualifications

• Active un-encumbered NP license.
• ANCC or AANP certification as NP/CNS in relevant family/adult/gerontology/emergency.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Review member populations and complete encounter documentation accurately.
• Maintain CMS/DHHS compliance in medical records and reporting.
