ANAC STAFFING is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Danbury, CT. This per diem role focuses on medication administration, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with RNs to ensure quality care.

You will document care plans, observe vital signs, and communicate with residents and families while adhering to infection-control guidelines.

Competenze

• Current, valid LPN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to provide safe and compassionate resident care.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care team.
• Previous LPN experience is beneficial; confirm any required minimum experience with the hiring team.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and scope of practice.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and report condition changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with coordinating resident care and transitions.
