ANAC Staffing is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem shifts in Danbury, CT. The successful candidate will assess residents, coordinate care, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote safety, comfort, and well-being.

Requirements include an active RN license and BLS/CPR certification; prior RN experience is preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills are essential for delivering resident-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assess residents’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Supervise and coordinate care with other nursing staff as appropriate.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Follow infection-control procedures and established safety standards.
