Alternatives, Inc. Waterbury, Connecticut, United States is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per-diem coverage to support our group homes and health services.

Under the Director of Health, the LPN provides bedside care, administers medications, conducts vital signs, and coordinates with DSPs to maintain optimal health and safety for individuals we serve. CT license required; non-exempt hourly position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CT Driver's License.
• Drive Agency Vehicle (Mini Vans and High Top Transit Vans).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR Certified or Eligible to become CPR Certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive medical support under the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor therapeutic effects.
• Take vital signs and document observations; ensure safety and comfort.
• Coordinate care with Direct Support Professionals to meet individual plans.
