National Health Care Associates is seeking an Agency Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem shifts in its long-term care and rehab facilities in the Northeast region, including Connecticut. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care for the elderly and chronically ill, supervisory support for CNAs, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Valid state LPN license
