Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
• Observe residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned and within the scope of training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while protecting residents' dignity and privacy.
• Document care provided according to facility procedures.
