Job summary

ANAC STAFFING is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Danbury, CT. This per diem role focuses on medication administration, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with RNs to ensure quality care.

You will document care plans, observe vital signs, and communicate with residents and families while adhering to infection-control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to provide safe and compassionate resident care.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care team.
• Previous LPN experience is beneficial; confirm any required minimum experience with the hiring team.

The LPN will support residents’ daily healthcare needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor health conditions, and collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
