Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Lee's Summit, MO area. The RN will provide direct patient care in home or alternate sites, with responsibilities including assessments, care planning, and education.

Must have an active RN license in good standing, 3+ years of clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred, and experience with vascular access and implanted ports. Per diem with flexible schedule and travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with state boards (KS/MO).
• BSN preferred from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV insertion and achieving high first-attempt success.
• Ability to access and de-access implanted ports (PACs/Port-a-Caths).
• Experience administering diverse infusion therapies (biologics, IV hydration).
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas (CRNI, IgCN) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients, including assessments, care planning, and education in home or alternate sites.
• Coordinate with care team members (pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, home care partners).
• Educate patients and care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with team, monitor response to therapy.
• Manage schedule and communicate changes via approved platform.
• Document encounters and care activities per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely submission of POTs and other required documents.
