Job summary

Soleo Health is looking for a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support patients in Kearney, MO. This role requires providing direct patient care, managing care teams, and educating patients on infusion therapies in a home setting.

Expect flexible scheduling of 10-20 hours per week and the ability to travel within the service area. Ideal candidates will possess a current RN license and have experience in clinical nursing and infusion therapies.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in Missouri and Kansas.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Infusion therapy experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and manage patient schedules.
• Evaluate patient environments for safe care delivery.
• Document all patient encounters as per policy.
