Soleo Health Inc is hiring a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support patients in the Omaha, NE area. This role includes providing primary patient care for those receiving infusion therapy, including assessments and education, in both home and alternate settings.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and management for assigned patients.
• Evaluate home care environment for safety and appropriateness.
• Document all patient encounters and communications.
