Qualifications

• Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred.
• Administrative oversight and compliance with policies required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients.
• Evaluate and educate patient/care partner on home infusion therapy.
• Document all patient encounters, communications, and care activities.
