Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the McAllen, TX area, performing assessments, care planning, and education in home or alternate sites. The role requires coordinating with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners to ensure safe, effective home infusion therapy.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the state board.
• BSN degree preferred; advanced certification optional.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion preferred.
• On-call rotation including nights and weekends; urgent support as needed.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Office; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy and related nursing services.
• Coordinate with care team, pharmacists, prescribers, and home staff.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion safety and procedures.
• Develop and evaluate care plans; document encounters per policy.
• Maintain accurate POTs and clinical documents; ensure timely submission.
